The 20/20 rule:
• 20 minutes before you drink your bottle of white or rosé, take it out of the fridge.
• 20 minutes before you drink your bottle of red, put it in the fridge.

Great wine store with a large and diverse selection of wines and other liquors. Michael, the owner of the store, is also very helpful in helping choose/pair wines with different types of food as well as for different types of occasions — picnic vs. casual drinks vs. dinner. It’s my go-to store whenever I want to order a nice bottle or several bottles for an event. Highly recommend.
