RETURN POLICY
- Returned Orders
- Returned orders are defined as any orders that have been delivered and subsequently returned or declined by the Buyer.
- A restocking fee of 10% of the sales amount will be applied to all returned orders.
- Returns are only accepted within 90 days of the purchase date and only if the wine is a current vintage still stocked by The Grape Exchange.
- For returns without a receipt, we will honor only the lowest price the item has sold for in the last six (6) months and issue an in-house credit to the Buyer’s account, valid for one (1) year.
- Damaged or Flawed Items
- Occasionally, wine bottles may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. The Grape Exchange is committed to resolving these issues.
- We will replace or refund items damaged on arrival, corked, or otherwise flawed within 90 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds, house credits, or replacements will be issued once the damaged bottles have been returned to us.
- Non-Acceptable Returns
- Returns will not be accepted for items that are simply not liked by the Buyer.
