By placing your order, you represent to The Grape Exchange that you are at least 21 years of age. All alcoholic beverages that The Grape Exchange arranges for delivery on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age; this also includes items delivered outside of the United States. Due to federal and state regulations, all wine and spirit deliveries must be received by an adult 21 years of age or older. An adult must be physically present to sign for the delivery.

We have two options for Local Delivery: Next Day and Scheduled (Thursdays). These options will display in your cart when you enter your shipping address.

The Grape Exchange cannot schedule deliveries for a specific time during the day. We will offer a window on the morning of delivery, based on the route that our driver chooses on the day.

The time it takes to pull, assemble, and process a typical order takes approximately 2-3 business days before arranging for delivery (sometimes longer). When your order is placed, you will be informed as to what day of the week to expect your order. If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to give us a call at (914) 576-3936.

From time to time, certain routes may be skipped due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e., weather, etc.). Items requiring an adult signature, like wine and spirits, cannot be rerouted from their original address. Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery address. Therefore, The Grape Exchange recommends that you consider designating a business address if possible.
