By placing an order with The Grape Exchange, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. All alcoholic beverages arranged for shipping on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. This policy applies to both domestic and international deliveries.

Due to federal and state regulations, wine deliveries must be received and signed for by an adult aged 21 or older. An adult must be physically present to sign for the delivery. For this reason, The Grape Exchange strongly recommends using a business address for deliveries.

• Federal regulations prohibit the delivery of wine to P.O. boxes.
• The Grape Exchange cannot schedule deliveries for specific times during the day.

• Wine: We can ship wine to the following states ONLY:
  Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

   

• Spirits: We can ONLY ship spirits within New York State.

   

• We can not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Rates and Options

Shipping and handling rates vary based on your selection and will update in the shopping cart as items are added or modified.

We offer the following shipping options:

• Ground Service: Approximately 2–10 business days in transit
• 2nd Day Air: 2 business days in transit
• Next Day Air: 1 business day in transit

• Items requiring adult signatures, such as wine and spirits, cannot be rerouted once shipped. Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate.
• The Grape Exchange cannot arrange common carrier delivery of hard liquor or spirits outside the state of New York.
