Banhez Mezcal Joven Cuishe is an artisanal mezcal made from 100% Karwinskii agave, known for its distinct fruity and herbaceous flavors. It is produced in limited quantities by a cooperative of mezcaleros in Oaxaca, Mexico. 

• Nose: The aroma features bold notes of tropical fruit like guava and papaya, along with hints of jasmine, cinnamon, and fresh herbs.
• Palate: It is celebrated as an “easy-sipping” mezcal with a balanced profile of tropical fruitiness, a pleasant acidic dryness, and herbaceous characteristics. Some tasters have also noted cinnamon, sweet honey, and a peppery tingle.
• Finish: The finish is described as smooth, clean, and harmonious, with a medium-to-long length. It is not overly smoky, making it a great option for those who prefer mezcals with a milder smoke profile.
