SirDavis is an American rye whisky launched in 2024 by Beyoncé Knowles-Carter in partnership with Moët Hennessy. Named for her paternal great-grandfather, Davis Hogue, a Prohibition-era moonshiner, the whisky is aged in American oak barrels and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The mash bill consists of 51% rye and 49% malted barley.

The unique mash bill and sherry cask finish create a distinct taste profile that balances the spicy notes of rye with the subtle, fruity flavors of malted barley and sherry.

• Nose: Tangy Seville oranges, raisins, and spicy notes of clove, cinnamon, and ginger, along with hints of Demerara sugar and toffee.
• Palate: Buttery toffee and classic rye spices like cinnamon and clove upfront, followed by malty and biscuity notes with a vibrant citrus undertone.
• Finish: A soft, lingering finish with hints of honey, plump sultanas, and ripe cherries.
