- Dry Vermouth di Torino produced in Piedmont, Italy, by Antica Torino
- Highlighted botanicals include wormwood, thistle, sage, cinnamon, grapefruit peel, and coriander, expertly balancing both mountain and garden herbs
- Base wine is a blend of Piedmontese Chardonnay and other Italian white wines
- Fortified with neutral grain spirit distilled from Italian wheat
- Each ingredient is macerated separately in the neutral spirit and then partially redistilled for further complexity. The final distillate is blended with wine and beet sugar and rested in stainless steel tanks for 45–60 days before filtering and bottling.
Torino Dry Vermouth was inspired by a rediscovered 1950s recipe entitled “extract for dry vermouth.” Enjoy on the rocks with a twist of lemon or in bold classics such as a Martini, Old Pal, or a Perfect Rob Roy.

Antica Torino is the brainchild and longtime passion project of Liguria-based wine & spirits huntsman Vittorio Zoppi and Umbrian winemaker Filippo Antonelli. Vito’s love for Italian spirits began as it does for many in Italy—as a child surrounded by the time-honored traditions and legacies of regional drinking culture. By sampling and studying a wide variety of vermouth and digestivi from around the world, Antica Torino has endeavored to create refined recipes inspired by the traditions of Torino and enlivened by the Piedmontese spirit.
