The 2025 Château Maris Rosé de Nymphe Émue is a dry, biodynamic French rosé from the Languedoc, presented in a distinctive pale blush color inspired by the famously delicate pink of the historic “Cuisse de Nymphe Émue” rose.
The bouquet is immediately expressive, offering ripe watermelon, wild strawberry, raspberry, white peach, and apricot. As the wine opens, notes of pink grapefruit, orange peel, rose petal, eucalyptus, and Mediterranean herbs add complexity and lift.
The palate is dry, vibrant, and more textural than its elegant appearance might suggest. Juicy red-berry fruit and stone fruit form a generous core, framed by lively citrus acidity and a subtle mineral-saline undercurrent. The fruit is ripe and sun-filled, but the wine remains controlled and refreshing, finishing with lingering raspberry, citrus peel, and a faint herbal note.

Château Maris is a pioneering organic and biodynamic wine estate in the Languedoc region of southern France. Located near La Livinière in the Minervois, the estate is recognized for combining Mediterranean character with an unusually ambitious commitment to environmental stewardship.
