Certified Organic, Amalinda features an elegant hue of cherry red color. On the nose, ripe red fruit with light hints of roasted and spicy notes. In the mouth it is round and balanced, with very good persistence and finish. A great pairing with all types of meats, semi-firm cheeses, stews, spicy dishes. Made from 100% Monastrell.
A round, creamy-textured red with blackberry, dark-walnut and some chocolate character. It’s medium-bodied with a fresh, clean finish. From organically grown grapes.

Selected from organic Monastrell vineyards, growing on calcareous soil under the sunny climate of the Region of Murcia (Southeast of Spain), located between 2000-2600 feet above sea level and produces very low yields per vine. The final wine is aged for 2-3 months in new French and American oak 50/50.
