On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, remarkably pure, and seamless. The inherent rustic structure of Bobal is perfectly tamed by the plush, juicy fruit of Garnacha and the savory spine of Syrah. Driven by a vibrant vein of acidity and framed by fine, chalky tannins, it reveals layers of licorice, dark chocolate-orange, and Mediterranean scrub (garrigue) on the finish. Aged for four months in French oak before transferring to large 7,000-liter vats, it maintains a beautiful balance between raw fruit energy and sophisticated structure.
