Dalton Estate Shiraz is a full-bodied Israeli red wine from the Galilee region, known for its deep, almost black color and intense profile of black fruits, plums, and savory black pepper.
Intense notes of plum, berries, and black fruit are complemented by secondary characteristics of licorice, spice box, cedar, and savory pepper. Bright on entry with a network of tannins that emerge alongside black cherry, juniper, and tomato leaf. It offers soft, integrated tannins and a long, concentrated finish.
