The Folk Tree in ancient cultures, was a gathering point where younger people sit and learn from the elder members. Folk Tree only uses grapes sourced farmed using organic and sustainable farming practices rather than conventional. Our principal collaborator for Folk Tree is the Ehlers family, now in its 3rd generation. All wines are cold fermented in stainless steel, racked once before bottling. The reds see a 1-2 year maturation in neutral french oak.
