This rich, invigorating non-vintage Champagne has toasty, apple aromas packaged in a dry sparkling wine. Equal parts Meunier and Pinot Noir, with 20% Chardonnay, this wine ages on the lees up to 4 years.

The Nicolas Feuillatte Brut  is a non-vintage Champagne known for its accessibility, freshness, and delicate fruit flavors. Often referred to by its full name, Nicolas Feuillatte Réserve Exclusive Brut , it is the number one best-selling Champagne in France.
  • Aromas: Prominent scents include fresh white fruits like pear, apple, and apricot, along with hints of flowers, hazelnuts, roasted almonds, and spices like turmeric.
  • Palate: The Champagne is light, crisp, and well-balanced, with a delicate, creamy mousse. Flavors of baked apple, citrus, and toasted brioche are common, leading to a long, lively finish.
  • Appearance: It pours a pale straw-gold with brilliant clarity and a persistent stream of fine bubbles.
  • Cellar aging: It is aged on the lees for at least three years, significantly longer than the minimum required by Champagne regulations, which contributes to its complexity and maturity.
  • Origin: The blend is sourced from grapes harvested from over 150 of Champagne’s finest crus, or villages.

Champagne Brut Size 750ML

Nicolas Feuillatte was born in Paris in 1926 into a family of successful wine and spirits importer-negociants. After the Second World War, he decided to try his luck overseas and in 1960 became the USA’s leading importer of African coffee. A man of passion, always on the look out for the next big venture, he went on to invest in the vineyards of Champagne. The first grapes are sold to negociants. In 1976, he created and produced the eponymous champagne for a close circle of “American friends”. Its commercial success is immediate.

He sold his brand in 1986 to the Centre-Vinicole de la Champagne, and remains an incomparable ambassador to this day, constantly driven by a desire to create, innovate and invent.
