Pinot Grigio 750 ml
Appiano – at the doorstep of the Dolomites – with over 1,000 hectares of vineyards, is the largest South Tyrolean wine-growing municipality in the heart of Bolzano Province.
The 390 ha of vineyards of the winery’s 320 members are scattered across sunny slopes, where nature offers first-class conditions for outstanding wines.
Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer, instead, are cultivated on the hills that line the famous South Tyrolean Wine Road, surrounding the winery, at an altitude of 400 meters.
The metamorphosis of the grapes takes place in the cellar. A successful union of tradition and innovative winemaking technology.
“Respect for the grape” is the fundamental rule for the production of long-lived wines with a great personality.
The grapes are vinified with rigorous attention paid to the peculiarities of each vineyard to fully enhance their distinctiveness.
The wines are then matured in steel or wooden barrels to emphasize their individual characteristics.
