Our winery was founded in the 1960s, on the border between Veneto and Friuli, two regions historically suited to winegrowing since Roman times. While remaining faithful to the traditions and characteristics of our area, we have been able to evolve over the years, integrating technological innovation with the various skills acquired in the shadow of our vineyards. We are one of the most important enterprises in northeastern Italy, and we have never been afraid of shedding our skin to achieve this.

Tenuta Sant’Anna Prosecco DOC Millesimato is the result of uncompromising quality research. The choice of the best Glera grapes combined with the Charmat method gives birth to a tasteful millesimato sparkling wine.
The soil is lime-clay, moderately deep and alkaline, typical of the Veneto plain. It rests on an ancient layer, a paleosol known as “caranto”. The climate is generally temperate and humid due toits proximity to the sea. Still, it is characterised by a wide temperature range due to the alternate cold wind (Bora) and warm-humid one (Scirocco). Vinification takes place with a gentle crushing and pressing of the grapes and rapid separation of the must from the skins. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C to preserve the original aromas. Once alcoholic fermentation has taken place, the wine is refermented in an autoclave. Sparkling process in autoclave with Martinotti method for at least 40 days.
It is the perfect sparkling wine for aperitifs, suited throughout the whole meal. It goes particularly well with fish-based dishes and it is ideal with hors d’oeuvres, risottos and fried foods.
COLOUR AND BOQUET: Straw yellow with green highlights. A generous and persistent sparkle gives way to floral flavours of white blossom and fruity flavours of yellow peach.
PALATE: Vibrant on the palate, with balanced acidity and smoothness.
